This excellent cigar from the Toztli company was developed from the finest mild tobacco available in the Tuxtlas Valley as a special order for the Mexican Federal Judicial Police in Mexico City. Since the quality was “unsurpassable”, Calidad Tobaccos obtained a large amount of this tobacco for its discriminating clientele in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a mild, easy smoke with mature taste and even white ash. The wrapper is a Sumatra Clara 19”.
